AuctionWizard will be a single stop window to view and display all auction notices from various entities and departments. The registered bidder can get access to participate and bid for electronic auctions invited by multiple departments. Additional features like SMS and email alerts are automatically sent to all registered bidders to announce new auction notifications.

To become a Bidder, one needs to be registered in the e-Auction portal. The Bidder is an individual / business entity willing to participate in the auction, intending to buy the item/s from the Seller. To become a bidder for an auction, a business entity has to secure client’s approval for participation and also provide written assent to the General Rules and Regulations. View the client list in www.auctionwizard.in and click on respective departments links. Vendor registration is to be made individually on respective site with necessary fees.

AuctionWizard has a unique in-built security mechanism wherein the bidder can log into the e-Auction portal using a valid Digital signature certificate. The system is enabled to use digital signatures activities like registration, auction request, uploading of documents, log-ins and auction bidding. Digital certificate support from approved Certifying Agencies (CA) is allowed only in industry-standard X.509 format. Bidders can experience the ease and user friendliness of electronic auction that is secure, fast and reliable. With constant screen refreshing feature, the bidder can be assured that he can bid his price up to the last second.

AuctionWizard incorporates the highest standards in digital security and encryption techniques. The Secured Socket Layer (SSL) is implemented for secure data transmission. World-class firewalls, antivirus systems, Net Manager and Intrusion Detector tools have been implemented for online security. The values entered by bidders is securely transmitted to the electronic auction room, wherein the competitors / Buyer can view the values instantly. However, the identity of the bidders is camouflaged with ‘Alias’ names that are pseudo names that are randomly generated and mapped to each bidder. The real names are known only after end of Auction.
